From Miami to Fayetteville, Brad's journey in construction began at just 14 years old. His entrepreneurial spirit and technical expertise laid the groundwork for a company that puts quality and client satisfaction at the forefront. Although he stepped back from daily operations in 2024, Brad remains actively involved as a trusted advisor and project overseer.

Ethon Barnard
President, E.C. & A.L. II, Inc.
A Fayetteville native with a double major in Marketing and Management from Samford University, Ethon brings a fresh perspective to a deeply rooted legacy. With years of project management experience and a hands-on approach learned directly from his father, Ethon took over as president in 2024.
His leadership combines tradition and innovation—focusing on client satisfaction, quality, and efficient project execution across residential and light commercial builds.

Through decades of innovation and hands-on leadership, Brad expanded the business to include spec homes, custom builds, remodeling, and light commercial projects.
